We currently ship exclusively within the United States (US). Orders submitted with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.

Delivery Timelines

We make every effort to process your orders as quickly as possible. Our delivery schedule consists of the following stages:

    Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT, or during weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Shipping Time (Transit): 4–6 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
    We partner with FedEx to provide secure and reliable delivery services.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 Business Days from the date your order is placed.

Order Tracking

Every order includes real-time tracking. Once your package has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment until it reaches your delivery address.

Duties and Taxes

For customers within the United States, the amount displayed during checkout is the final amount you pay. Nixeon covers all standard shipping costs, and no additional duties or taxes are required upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Although we work with trusted shipping carriers, unexpected delays may occasionally occur. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, or if you believe it has been lost, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will coordinate directly with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
